I have a Python web application—built with the usual Django/Flask stack—and I want its delivery process to be completely hands-off. The code already sits in Azure DevOps Repos; what’s missing is a reliable CI/CD pipeline that will test, build, and deploy every commit straight to my Azure environment. Here is what I need: • Continuous Integration – Install dependencies and cache them sensibly – Run unit and integration tests with coverage output – Fail fast on linting or security scan issues • Continuous Delivery – Package the app (Docker-based or native, whichever is cleaner for Azure App Service) – Push to a staging slot, run smoke tests, then promote to production on green light – Add an easy rollback step in case of failed release • Pipeline Essentials – Parameterised variables for dev / staging / prod – Secrets stored in Azure Key Vault, referenced in the pipeline, never hard-coded – Branch and pull-request policies wired to the pipeline gates Once you’re done I expect: 1. YAML files committed to the repo with clear comments. 2. A short README explaining how to trigger, monitor, and modify the pipeline. 3. A quick screenshare hand-off so I can see everything in action.
