Production-Grade DevOps Automation Lifecycle (DevBoard Platform Deployment) This project showcases an end-to-end, enterprise-ready infrastructure deployment designed to transform a standard software application into a highly resilient, scalable, and fully automated cloud system. Using DevBoard—a production-style project management environment—as the blueprint, I built a zero-drift architecture that treats infrastructure strictly as code. Instead of manual operations, the entire platform delivery lifecycle is version-controlled, containerized, and managed programmatically. This setup eliminates deployment failures, secures underlying network layers, and establishes continuous observability to maximize platform uptime. Key Deliverables & Tech Architecture Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Architected complete environment delivery using Terraform and Ansible, enforcing declarative patterns to eliminate human error and environment drift. Container Orchestration: Provisioned and managed a production-style Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker infrastructure, utilizing advanced configuration management on Linux (Ubuntu) server environments. Engineering-First CI/CD Pipelines: Engineered fully automated, multi-stage deployment workflows via GitHub Actions that handle code validation, optimized image compilation, and rolling infrastructure updates. Advanced Networking & Separation: Designed explicit network isolation utilizing custom namespaces, persistent storage structures (PV/PVC), and edge routing mechanisms to maintain clean tenant separation. High Availability & Traffic Controls: Configured Application Load Balancers (ALBs) and secure ingress traffic filters to evenly distribute service loads and safeguard open connection vectors. Continuous Observability: Integrated a live telemetry stack using Prometheus and Grafana to closely track real-time platform metrics, isolate bottlenecks, and accelerate Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Security & Compliance Hardening: Implemented safe access control protocols, restricted security boundaries, and strict secrets isolation architectures natively across the infrastructure.
