I’m spending too much time sharing each PandaDoc template one-by-one. I want the entire process automated so that, when I push out a bulk email, every partner or supplier receives their own unique link generated by PandaDoc. They should be able to open that link, enter their company information, the representative’s name, and add a legally binding signature without any manual intervention from my side. Right now I don’t have a CRM connected, but I do plan to bring one online soon and would like the workflow you build to be “CRM-ready.” If you have experience linking PandaDoc to systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho—or advising on which of those platforms would fit best—please highlight it. Key goals for this job • Configure template placeholders so each recipient can self-populate the required fields (company info, rep name, signature). • Set up the automation inside PandaDoc that bulk-creates and sends individualized document links. • Ensure the solution can later sync key data back to a CRM with minimal rework. • Provide a short hand-off guide so my team can replicate or adjust the flow as we add new templates.
