I already have my Shopify store feeding basic order data into a Google Sheet. Now I want to turn that sheet into a real-time control-center that does two things at once: 1) pulls live shipping data from both the iThink Logistics and Shiprocket APIs so fields like AWB number, courier name, shipping status and delivery status refresh automatically, and 2) triggers WhatsApp messages straight from the same sheet whenever an order moves through its life-cycle. The sheet must update in real-time, not on a timed batch. WhatsApp flows to cover: • Order confirmation • Shipping notifications • Delivery confirmation Feel free to build the automation in Apps Script, Make.com, Pabbly or any stack you’re comfortable with, as long as the final setup is self-hosted in my Google Workspace, documented, and easy for me to tweak. I’ll provide API keys for Shopify, iThink Logistics, Shiprocket and WhatsApp (Cloud API). Deliverable – A working Google Sheet with live API connections, dynamic columns for AWB, courier, shipping status and delivery status. – WhatsApp template mapping and webhook/trigger script so the three message types above fire automatically. – Clear hand-off notes: where the code lives, how to edit endpoints, and which triggers run. I’m on a tight budget, so proven experience with this exact stack is a must. Share a brief outline of similar projects you’ve completed and the turnaround you can offer.
