I keep every Facebook Lead Ad submission in a master Google Sheet and right now I’m copying-and-pasting each row into WhatsApp chats for the individual clients who bought that traffic. It’s time-consuming and error-prone, so I’m looking for a lightweight automation that will do two things the moment a new row appears: 1. Work out which client owns the lead (the form name or the ad campaign ID is fine for matching). 2. Send all the fields from that row—exactly as they came in—to the client’s WhatsApp number instantly. Cost matters, so I’d prefer a solution built around free or very low-cost pieces such as Apps Script, the Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API, or budget-friendly connectors like Pabbly, Make (Integromat) or n8n rather than enterprise-priced CRMs. A simple one-file Apps Script that watches the sheet and calls the WhatsApp API would also be perfect as long as it’s stable and easy for me to maintain. Deliverables • A fully configured automation that triggers on a new Google Sheets row and posts the lead to the correct WhatsApp chat. • Clear mapping logic documented inside the code or a small lookup sheet so I can add or remove clients myself. • Short setup/readme so I can redeploy if the Facebook form, campaign ID or phone numbers change. • Quick test with two dummy leads to prove everything fires in real time. Acceptance criteria The right client receives the full lead details on WhatsApp within a minute of form submission, no manual intervention, no extra fees beyond the chosen low-cost tool’s own charges. If you already have something similar running or know the exact API calls, let’s talk—I’m ready to plug it in immediately. Please advise price for the project also monthly cost if run the solution. Only 10-20 facebook clients max lead 200-300 monthly so quiet small in terms of numbers of leads but must pull lead in live time
