Automotive Metal Component Manufacturing Needed

Descripción de la oferta
I am preparing a production run for a new vehicle line and need a trusted manufacturing partner to supply the metal components. At this stage the exact parts—whether body panels, engine-related pieces, or chassis elements—are still open for discussion, but they must all meet automotive-grade strength and corrosion-resistance standards. The dimensional tolerance has not yet been fixed. If your facility routinely works to standard automotive tolerances that is acceptable, and I’m also open to quoting high-precision or fully custom specifications once we review the drawings together. Typical workflow I have in mind: you receive the CAD or technical drawings (or help refine them), confirm material grade and finishing process, produce an initial sample for inspection, then move to scaled production once the sample is approved. CNC machining, stamping, die-casting, or a hybrid approach are all on the table; let me know what your plant handles best. For clarity, here is how I will sign off the job: • First-article sample matches the agreed drawings and surface finish. • Batch production passes dimensional and material tests (certificate of conformity required). • Components are packaged to prevent transit damage and shipped on the schedule we lock in. If your shop can deliver consistent, automotive-quality metal components and you’re comfortable adjusting tolerances to spec, I’d like to see recent examples and hear your proposed timeline from drawing review to first shipment.
