I need an experienced medical biller to take over the full life-cycle submission of medical claims for my primary care clinic through the Availity portal. All claims are for standard outpatient visits—routine check-ups and PCP services only—and I simply want a reliable standalone workflow. Your day-to-day focus will be entering accurate patient, CPT, and ICD-10 data, sending the claims via Availity, and monitoring each one until reimbursement is received. If a claim is rejected or pended, you will research the reason, correct the coding or documentation details, and resubmit promptly so cash flow is not interrupted.
