I’m ready to start our B Corp journey and need an experienced advisor who can walk me through the certification requirements. My priority is understanding how our social and environmental performance will be scored so I can close any gaps before we submit the B Impact Assessment. This engagement will be carried out entirely through remote consultations using Zoom, Google Meet, or a comparable platform. I’d like a series of focused sessions that: • Explain the scoring methodology for the Social and Environmental sections of the B Impact Assessment. • Review our current policies, metrics, and data collection processes. • Produce a concise action plan outlining the improvements, documentation, and timelines needed to hit the minimum 80-point threshold. We’ll schedule sessions in blocks that make sense for you, but I’m aiming to have the initial gap analysis and roadmap completed within four weeks.
