I’m looking for a full-stack solution that lets me send large volumes of B2B emails and have them reach the primary inbox—not spam or promotions. I don’t mind switching platforms or adding new infrastructure; what matters is measurable, repeatable inbox placement for every campaign. Here’s what I expect from you: • Audit my current domain and DNS, then configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and any other authentication you judge essential. • Recommend and integrate the best-fit sending engine—whether that’s a dedicated SMTP, Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, or another option you trust for scale and reputation. • Set up IP/domain warm-up and list-hygiene workflows so deliverability stays high as volumes grow. • Provide a brief, plain-English runbook (step-by-step) that shows me how to launch future campaigns, monitor health metrics, and troubleshoot if issues arise. Acceptance criteria 1. Test sends land in the primary inbox for Gmail, Outlook, and at least two other major providers. 2. Domain health scores (via Postmaster or equivalent) remain “high” one week after go-live. 3. I can replicate a send, using your runbook, without needing additional technical help.
