I have a raw file of roughly 1.5 million B2B contacts pulled from several sources, and I need it converted into a campaign-ready database that maximises email deliverability. The work revolves around four core actions: cleaning, verifying, standardising and finally organising the data for import into my CRM and marketing platforms. Key focus • The main objective is to eliminate hard bounces and spam-trap risks so every outbound send has the highest possible delivery rate. • Three fields must come back fully standardised and de-duplicated: – Email addresses – Company names – Contact names Scope of the job You will run the list through proven large-scale email verification tools and apply additional checks for syntax, domain health and catch-all filtering. After verification, please normalise company and contact naming conventions, consolidate duplicates, flag incomplete records and supply a clear audit trail of every change. Deliverables 1. Cleaned master database in CSV or XLSX, ready for direct upload 2. A brief summary report outlining: total records processed, invalid emails removed, duplicate merges, and any fields that could not be recovered 3. A separate file of undeliverable or questionable contacts for my review Acceptance criteria • Bounce-rate projection below 2 % on a random 10 k-record test send • Consistent formatting across all three essential fields • No loss of original, still-valid data If you are accustomed to handling datasets of this size and have a solid workflow with high-accuracy verification services, I look forward to seeing how you would tackle the task and what turnaround you can offer.
