We are hiring an elite Technical Project Manager / Systems Operator to assume process command over our Week 1 architecture configuration.This position functions on a strict 90/10 division of labor: you will execute 90% of the daily technical and managerial infrastructure labor, while the Managing Director retains exclusive private biometric veto authority over the corporate treasury app.Week 1 Core Deliverables (Fixed-Rate Budget: £560.00 GBP):UK Company Registration: Initialize and secure our official incorporation parameters with Gov.uk Companies House, attaching our pre-funded, prestigious Central London virtual office wrapper for absolute personal privacy.DNS & Server Architecture: Map our Namecheap DNS core, fix all MX, SPF, and DKIM key strings, and fully activate our official corporate mailboxes with zero network delays.CRM Pipeline Engineering: Build our clean B2B lead data registries inside HubSpot, configuring our Direct 50/50 Split Invoicing rules to harvest our upfront client deposits.Workforce Management: Onboard and manage a remote pod of 6 commission-only high-ticket closers. You will extract 600 fresh, verified UK fleet profiles weekly via Apollo, pre-load them onto the reps' dials, and monitor their virtual call logs hourly to ensure every single rep hits their exact 50-call morning sprint target on Thursdays and Fridays.Applicant Compliance Check:We strictly filter out automated bidding bots and generic cover letters.
