**Project Title:** Backend Developer Needed: OpenAI RAG Chat, Multi-Dialect Arabic Concierge, & Google Sheets Integration for AskRaghadai.com **Project Overview:** I am looking for a skilled backend/full-stack developer to optimize, enhance, and scale **AskRaghadai.com** (an AI lifestyle, travel, and shopping concierge platform). **Please note: The website is already built, live, and operational.** You will **not** be building a new site from scratch. Instead, this phase focuses on enhancements, bug fixing, backend stabilization, and core operational integrations. The core philosophy of the platform is to act as an **all-inclusive Personal AI Concierge**—guiding users seamlessly through shopping/styling across all 6 core categories (including Women's Fashion & Abayas, Men's Traditional Wear & Shemaghs, Beauty & Perfumes, Skincare, Home & Kitchen / Coffee World, Baby & Kids) and comprehensive end-to-end travel planning. **Scope of Work (Phase 1 / Optimization & Enhancements):** * **Google Sheets & Admin Panel Management:** Set up the backend sync and initial data across all categories. **Once completed, I must have full, independent control** to easily add, update, rename, or manage categories, products, images, and links directly through the Admin Panel and Google Sheets in the future. * **AI Chat, RAG & Multi-Dialect Integration:** * Fine-tune the OpenAI API and RAG backend to power "Raghad" with a highly persuasive, consultative Arabic persona. * **Multi-Dialect Arabic Intelligence:** Ensure "Raghad" can seamlessly understand and respond in natural Arabic dialects (including Saudi regional dialects, Egyptian, Emirati, and general Khaleeji) so any visitor feels completely understood using their native colloquial speech without requiring formal Modern Standard Arabic. * **Personalized Shopping & Full Outfits (Cross-Category):** Program the AI to tailor suggestions based on user context (e.g., skin tone matching, traditional men's wear like shemaghs paired with matching accessories, seasonal needs, or wedding/work attire). * **Comprehensive AI Travel Itineraries & Logistics:** Enable the AI to plan a complete, end-to-end trip from scratch (e.g., matching hotels with direct booking links, flight options, airport transfers, eSIM data cards, and travel gear). * **Direct Interactive Cards:** Output rich recommendation cards within the chat interface displaying specific images, details, and direct affiliate/booking links. * **Geo-Targeted Affiliate Link Routing (Smart Region Detection):** Automatic user-location detection (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, etc.) to dynamically open the correct local store, services, and affiliate tags. * **UI & List Numbering Bug Fixing:** Fix minor front-end display bugs on the existing live chat interface (specifically resolving list numbering alignment issues). * **Smart Decision Matrix (Comparison Tables):** Implement instant, AI-generated comparison tables within chat responses to summarize pros/cons. * **Affiliate Link Validation & Admin Security:** Ensure recommendation cards/buttons open securely in new tabs (target="_blank") with accurate tracking, and implement a secure way to change admin passwords directly and protect backend authentication routes. * **AI Error Handling & Mobile Responsiveness:** Add a graceful Arabic fallback message if the OpenAI API experiences delays, and ensure all chat elements, product cards, and comparison tables render and scroll flawlessly on mobile devices. **Milestone Breakdown & Payment Structure:** To ensure smooth execution, this project is divided into **3 sequential Milestones**.
