I need a fully-functional website that lets clients book barbershop appointments with ease. The system must handle personal-service scheduling, create individual client profiles, and trigger automated reminders by email or SMS so nobody misses a slot. Core flow • Clients visit the site, choose a service and barber, see real-time availability on a calendar, then lock in a time. • New clients create a profile during checkout; returning clients simply log in. • Once an appointment is set, the system should send a confirmation plus timed reminders both to the client and the shop. Technical expectations Responsive design for mobile walk-ins, a clean admin dashboard where I can open, edit, or cancel bookings, and integration with Google Calendar (or a comparable API) so the team’s day stays in sync. If you have a preferred framework—WordPress with a booking plugin, Laravel, React with Firebase—let me know; I’m open as long as performance stays fast and the UX remains simple. Deliverables 1. Live website hosted on my domain. 2. Secure database storing client profiles and bookings. 3. Automated reminder engine configured and tested. 4. Quick start guide so my staff can update hours, services, and barbers without code. If you can optionally layer in online payment at checkout, mention how you would add that and the extra time it would take; it isn’t required for launch. I’d like the first demo within two weeks and the final hand-off shortly after user testing.
