I need a BC-licensed lawyer to step in at the strata-corporation level. The immediate task is a thorough review of recent meeting minutes and current strata bylaws so I have clear, written guidance on anything that could expose us to risk or require member approval. Alongside the review, I need practical advice on three fronts under the Strata Property Act—how to enforce our bylaws fairly, how to resolve emerging disputes before they reach the CRT, and how to frame new rules so they stand up to challenge. Once the advice is settled, I will also need concise legal drafts: revised bylaw language, any required disclosure notices, and template correspondence ready for Council circulation. Deliverables are complete when I have (1) annotated copies of the minutes and bylaws, (2) an opinion memo outlining enforcement, dispute-resolution and rule-creation strategies, and (3) clean, ready-to-file drafts of the updated documents.
