Weekly instructional sessions are required to take a complete beginner through the fundamentals of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook, gradually building confidence toward everyday personal and professional use. The plan is to blend live online lessons (screen-sharing, interactive exercises) with periodic face-to-face meetings so concepts are demonstrated both virtually and hands-on. Session frequency, duration, and the exact split between online and in-person can be agreed once we outline a learning roadmap, but consistency and clear milestones are essential. Content to cover: • Word – creating, formatting, saving, printing documents and simple templates • Excel – basic formulas, data entry, formatting, charts, and introductory data management • Outlook – email setup, folders, calendar, contacts, and productivity tips Each topic should include practice files, step-by-step walkthroughs, and short take-home tasks so progress can be measured. Clear feedback after every lesson and concise reference notes or recordings are expected deliverables. Tools likely involved: the latest Microsoft 365 desktop apps, OneDrive for file sharing, and Zoom or Teams for remote sessions. If alternative tools help demonstrate a concept more effectively, they can be discussed. Acceptance criteria: 1. An Introduction video mentioning your educational qualification and experience. 2. Learner can independently complete the agreed core tasks in Word, Excel, and Outlook. 3. A set of reusable cheat-sheets and practice files is provided. 4. A brief summary report highlights progress and recommends next steps for continued learning.
