I run MelonMinds, a service that brings lively, screen-free activity sessions straight to children’s homes in and around Benson Town, Bengaluru. Each booking lasts about an hour and centres on indoor games that keep 3- to 10-year-olds moving, thinking and laughing. I also weave in arts-and-craft bursts, storytelling or quick dance breaks whenever it fits the group’s energy. What I need from you You already live in Bengaluru and have solid childcare experience, so you understand how to keep youngsters safe while letting them explore. Your style is energetic, patient and trustworthy—parents must feel confident leaving you in charge. Because sessions happen at customers’ residences, you should be comfortable travelling locally with a small kit of props or game materials. How the work flows • Sessions are assigned only after you confirm a booking slot that suits your schedule. • Each completed session pays ₹250–₹400, settled every week. • Before your first paid booking, we’ll do a short interview and ask you to run a 10-minute activity demo. Government ID, address proof and two references are required as part of onboarding. Acceptance criteria A session is considered complete once you have: 1. Arrived on time at the customer’s address. 2. Conducted at least 50 minutes of engaging indoor-game play, adapting smoothly to the children’s interests and safety needs. 3. Left the space tidy and provided a quick verbal hand-over to the parent.
