I operate a tire delivery service and need a straightforward Windows application that will let my dispatch team create 4×6 shipping labels on-demand. All data will be entered manually, so a clean, keyboard-friendly form is essential. Labels should be able to print on a 4x6 Thermal Shipping Label Printer. Core functionality I expect: • Barcode generation for each label • Real-time address validation to avoid mis-shipments • A reusable label design template that prints perfectly on standard 4×6 stock • Fields for Order Number, Tracking Number, Order Date, Delivery Date, Product Information, Product Quantity • Automatic placement of my business logo, company details, customer information, and a customizable footer message Labels should be able to print on a 4x6 Thermal Shipping Label Printer. The program must run reliably on current Windows versions without extra dependencies; a single-file installer or portable executable is fine. Once the label is previewed, the user should be able to print directly or save to PDF. Please build with any modern language or framework you prefer—C#, .NET, or even Python with a GUI toolkit are all acceptable—as long as the final output is quick to launch and easy for non-technical staff to operate. Source code ownership will transfer on completion, and I’ll need a brief hand-over document so future tweaks are simple.
