I need my entire Biacas.com storefront moved from Shopify to WordPress without changing how it looks or behaves for shoppers. Every product, collection page, blog post, image, URL, and piece of copy must appear exactly as it does today, but now driven by WordPress + WooCommerce. Core tasks • Duplicate the current design, layout, and navigation so returning customers see no difference. • Import all catalogue data, variants, and high-resolution images with correct categories and tags. • Re-create existing payment-gateway and shipping rules inside WooCommerce. • Point the live domain (Biacas.com) to the new WordPress host, ensuring zero downtime. • Make sure every page is fully responsive, loads quickly, and passes mobile-friendly checks. • Apply a basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta, schema, clean permalinks) so our rankings remain intact. • Run thorough pre-launch tests—checkout flow, account creation, contact forms, speed, and broken links—and deliver a bug-free site. Scope is limited to replicating the features we already use; no new functionality is required at this stage. Please provide at least one example of a full Shopify-to-WordPress migration you have completed and outline the approach you will follow to keep URLs and SEO value intact. The hand-off is complete once the live domain resolves to the WordPress site and all tests pass.
