For the next four weeks I need a fluent Spanish-English communicator from Latin America to handle outbound lead generation for my mortgage business. You’ll spend roughly 12 hours per week inside my Vonage account, calling, then sending a mix of SMS and email. The focus is pure lead generation, not long-term nurturing. Each contact should receive a concise, upbeat, personalized call then text message or email in Spanish/English. What I supply • Contact list with phone numbers and emails • A simple Google Sheet to log activity and responses What I count on you for • Crafting warm, persuasive copy in both languages while keeping the brand’s friendly tone • Sending messages through Vonage and a standard email client, tracking delivery status, and flagging any bounced or blocked numbers • Updating the sheet in real time so I can follow up immediately on hot replies Success will be measured weekly by the number of qualified prospects who respond positively or schedule a call. A cheerful, positive attitude on every interaction is essential, as that tone directly affects reply rates.
