Hello, We are requesting a quotation for the BIM development of the Novogate Hotel Project in Mogadishu. The rough structural construction has already been completed, and we have a comprehensive package of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and BOQ documents. We require: * Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP models * General LOD 300 modeling * Navisworks federated model and clash detection * Revit-based quantity schedules and Excel exports * Comparison between existing BOQs and BIM-generated quantities * Editable RVT, IFC, NWC, NWF and NWD deliverables * Clean 3D presentation views Our focus is the building, coordination and quantities. Loose furniture and detailed interior decoration are not included. Please send: * Similar hotel or commercial BIM project samples * A sample Revit quantity schedule * A sample Navisworks clash report * Your proposed team structure * Fixed-price breakdown by discipline * Delivery schedule * Revit version * Assumptions and exclusions * Price for a paid pilot area The complete project package will be shared privately with shortlisted candidates after confidentiality confirmation.
