I am working with 1,109 villas that were originally documented in 18 separate BIM files—Architectural, Structural, and MEP. All three disciplines now require a full refresh to match the latest 2D As-Built drawings, which I already have in both DWG and PDF. After the update, the models must be merged into fully coordinated federated files and then exported again in DWG and PDF for record and downstream use. Beyond the model refresh, each villa needs site adaptation so that orientation, coordinates, and levels align perfectly with the approved general site plan. Accuracy here is critical; the adapted geometry must read correctly when dropped into the master site model. Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD will likely be the core tools, but I am open to additional coordination or clash-detection platforms if they improve output quality. Deliverables required • Updated Architectural, Structural, and MEP models (18 files) • Federated, clash-free master model • DWG and PDF exports for every discipline and the federated file • Site-adapted BIM for all 1,109 villas Acceptance criteria • Every element reflects the latest As-Built drawings • Zero hard clashes in the federated model on Navisworks Manage default tolerances • Correct geolocation and orientation for each villa, matching the approved site plan • Clean, layer-organised DWG sheets that reopen without errors in AutoCAD When you respond, please include past work that demonstrates comparable large-scale BIM coordination.
