I am looking for an editor who can turn raw footage into high-impact Instagram Reels that put engagement first and lean into a bold, colorful aesthetic. Each video will run between 30 and 90 seconds in a 9:16 frame and must be ready for upload within 24–48 hours of receiving assets. Here is exactly what I need from you on every reel: • A hook that grabs attention in the first three seconds • Fast jump cuts, seamless transitions, and energetic motion graphics • Animated captions that match the tone of the clip • Carefully chosen background music, sound effects, and any required stock B-roll • Consistent color correction with a cinematic, vibrant grade • AI-based lip or voice synchronisation whenever a voiceover file is provided • A scroll-stopping thumbnail pulled from the final cut • Delivery of both the rendered MP4 and the fully editable project file • Up to two rounds of revisions To be considered, please share a portfolio containing at least ten Reels or YouTube Shorts that demonstrate similar high-energy edits.
