I am refreshing the homepage of a Joomla 5 site and want it to feel instantly recognisable as a Gumtree-style marketplace while still carrying my own bold, colourful brand palette. The visual design is the top priority, so every element has to pop, guide the eye naturally, and stay fully consistent with the colour scheme I will supply. The build itself is straightforward but specific: • Helix Ultimate Framework and SP Page Builder will be the foundation. • J-ClassifiedsManager and JBD modules already power listings; the new layout must drop straight on top without breaking any of their views. • A dual-tab search block (e.g. “Buy” and “Sell”) sits hero-style above the fold, styled to echo Gumtree while still matching my colours. • All tap targets on mobile need a minimum height of 48 px to keep Lighthouse happy. Deliverables 1. Fully responsive SP Page Builder layout file (or direct edit on staging) implementing the design. 2. Custom CSS/SASS and any overrides placed in the Helix child template. 3. Quick screen-share walkthrough showing me how you structured the sections so I can extend them later. Acceptance is met when the page installs on my staging server, passes a quick Lighthouse run for mobile UX, and all JBD/J-ClassifiedsManager views display correctly. Finish this slice cleanly and there will be follow-on work for inner pages and feature tweaks.
