Here’s what I’m aiming for: • A quick audit of my current presence and competitors, followed by a data-driven marketing plan built specifically for Meesho. • Setup and optimisation of campaigns—whether that ends up being Meesho Ads, social media promotions, paid traffic from Facebook or Google, or even email sequences—whatever mix will deliver the best ROI. • Compelling creatives: persuasive copy, scroll-stopping visuals, offers that convert, and a calendar timed to seasonal spikes. • Clear tracking and weekly performance reports so we can adjust fast. Acceptance criteria 1. Campaigns are live with proper tracking on day one of launch. 2. Sales show at least a 20 % uplift over my current baseline for two consecutive weeks. 3. All ad assets, reports, and account credentials are handed over in an organised drive.
