Descripción de la oferta

I’m ready to move from concept to a working blueprint for a comprehensive digital-health platform that will launch in Botswana, scale across Southern Africa, and ultimately work as a model for the continent. The core of the platform is patient management, so every design decision has to revolve around a single, secure longitudinal health record that stays with the patient, not the care provider. From that foundation I need the following modules mapped out and prototyped: • Appointment scheduling that syncs effortlessly across hospitals, clinics, and mobile outreach teams. • Full electronic patient records (EHR) with structured data capture, imaging placeholders, and flexible form builders for country-specific workflows. • E-prescription management with formulary checks and pharmacy hand-off. • Care-coordination tooling that lets multidisciplinary teams track tasks, handovers, and outcomes in real time. • Population-health and health-economics dashboards capable of aggregating de-identified data for policy and funding insights. • Governance and security architecture that meets both Botswana’s data-protection law and widely accepted frameworks (ISO 27001, HIPAA where relevant). • Robust identity and participation layer so citizens authenticate once and carry their record anywhere—independent of the facility they visit. • Patient-facing web/mobile app offering visit summaries, medication reminders, and secure messaging. • Interoperability with existing private and government systems through open standards (FHIR, HL7, OpenHIE) and a shared Master Patient Index. Deliverables I’m expecting 1. System architecture diagram with technology stack recommendations. 2. Clickable wireframes (web + mobile) illustrating all user journeys above. 3. Data model and API specification showing how the common patient identity and longitudinal record are stored, secured, and exchanged. 4. Security and governance blueprint, including role-based access, audit trail, and consent management flows. 5. Integration roadmap outlining touchpoints with national health-information systems, laboratory networks, and insurance schemes. Acceptance criteria • Designs must reflect localisation for Botswana (language, regulatory codes, clinical terminology) yet remain adaptable for other African markets. • All APIs align with FHIR R4 and are documented in OpenAPI format. • Wireframes respond seamlessly from low-bandwidth mobile through desktop. • Security blueprint passes an external penetration-test review (I’ll arrange the tester). If your experience covers large-scale health-tech design, interoperability standards, and data-protection compliance in emerging markets, I’d like to see your approach and relevant case studies.
