Hi! I am wanting to start branding some items. I need someone who specializes in: Boutique apparel DTF artwork Rhinestone layouts Adobe Illustrator I need my designs recreated as original vector artwork with separate layers for rhinestones. Is this something you can do? I want my final product to be dtf transfers. It will have to be a layering design, as I want to add a real rhinestone layer. I need exclusive artwork and a designer for ongoing work.
