I need a modern, credible, and easy-to-manage website that presents the Bureau for the Promotion of Agricultural Investments (BPIA), explains our mandate, and highlights key agricultural investment opportunities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The primary audience is investors, yet the site must also resonate with agribusinesses, financial institutions, development partners, and other agricultural value-chain actors. Core objectives • Showcase investment opportunities clearly and attractively. • Provide up-to-date information on BPIA activities and services. • Encourage connections across the agribusiness ecosystem. Content scope The site will host text articles, embedded or hosted videos, and visually engaging infographics. I’ll supply the raw materials; your task is to structure, style, and publish them so they tell a compelling, consistent story. Technical expectations • Clean, responsive design that performs well on mobile and desktop. • A mainstream CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or similar) configured for simple in-house updates—no hard-coding for routine edits. • Clear navigation that lets visitors filter opportunities by crop, region, or scale when applicable. • Fast load times and basic on-page SEO so investors can find us easily. • Secure hosting setup and any essential plugins or modules installed. Deliverables 1. Fully functional website deployed on our hosting. 2. Admin guide or short video walk-through showing how to add/edit pages, videos, and infographics. 3. One revision cycle after initial hand-over to fine-tune layout or content placement. Acceptance criteria • All listed objectives met and tested in the live environment. • Pages load in under 3 seconds on 4G. • Team members with basic computer skills can update content without developer intervention.
