Email & Outreach Marketing Specialist — Ongoing (Australian company) SEE ATTACHED PROJECT OUTLINE We're a Western Australian construction-technology company running personalised email and outreach campaigns to builders, industry, partners and other B2B audiences across WA and Australia. We need an experienced specialist to own and run this end to end. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Plan, build, send and manage email/outreach campaigns to our various target audiences - Build and grow compliant, targeted contact lists across WA and Australia - Set up campaigns in the right tools (cold outreach + bulk email), with personalisation, sequences and A/B testing - Protect deliverability (sender reputation, warm-up, list hygiene) so emails reach the inbox - Track results and report (open, click, reply, conversion), and manage replies/leads MUST HAVE - Minimum 5 years' email marketing / B2B outreach experience with proven results - Ability to source and build large, targeted, compliant contact databases in Australia - Expert in the major tools (e.g. Apollo, Mailchimp/Brevo or similar) — we'll value your recommendations - Strong knowledge of Australian email compliance (Spam Act, Privacy Act) and deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) - Excellent written English; reliable, organised and self-managing - Reasonable overlap with Western Australian business hours NICE TO HAVE - Experience marketing to construction, building, industrial or technical B2B audiences - Experience with founder-led one-to-one outreach as well as bulk campaigns PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL 1.
