PROJECT TITLE: Brand Identity Design — Unify 4 Existing Logos into One Cohesive System (S4E, 4CODES, POSHCOP, COSOL) CATEGORY: Graphic Design / Logo Design / Corporate Identity / Brand Guidelines SKILLS REQUIRED: Logo Design, Brand Identity, Corporate Identity, Graphic Design, Adobe Illustrator, Brand Guidelines, Typography, Vector Art ESTIMATED TIMELINE: 2–3 weeks PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are S4E (Shaurya4Equality Pvt Ltd), an Indian company running three service brands under one parent identity: 4CODES: — HR, Industrial Relations & Labour Law compliance consulting POSHCOP: — Workplace dignity and POSH (workplace harassment) compliance: PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMPLIANCE OPERATING PLATFORM COSOL — A learning and community platform ("Community of Students of Life") We already have logos for all four (S4E, 4CODES, POSHCOP, COSOL): The problem: they were each designed separately (at different times, using different tools), so they don't currently look like they belong to the same family. We are not asking you to design from scratch — we need a skilled designer to unify these into one cohesive, professional brand system, following a detailed creative direction we've already prepared ### What's already decided (see attached Brand Communication Direction document for full detail): - **Brand hierarchy**: S4E is the parent/purpose statement ("Stand for Equality · Society for Equality · Solutions for Equality · Systems for Equality"); the three service brands sit beneath it. - **Service display order**: 4CODES → POSHCOP → COSOL (always in this sequence when shown together) - **Color direction**: one accent color per brand (starting palette provided) - **Typography direction**: one shared typeface for the three service wordmarks; a distinct typeface for S4E's statement - **Icon treatment**: all icons in consistent same-size containers, consistent level of detail ### What we need you to deliver: 1. **Refined, unified versions of all four logos/marks** (S4E, 4CODES, POSHCOP, COSOL) — keeping the existing icon concepts (bar-chart, flame, figures) but applying consistent styling, sizing, and the provided color/typography system 2. **A master combined lockup** — the "banner + row of three" layout described in the attached direction, suitable for use on a letterhead 3. **A simplified small trust-mark version** ("an S4E enterprise" lockup) for everyday use on invoices/emails 4. **Vector source files** (AI, EPS, or SVG) for every logo and lockup, plus PNG/JPG exports (transparent background) in standard sizes 5. **A one-page quick-reference brand sheet** showing final colors (hex/CMYK), fonts, and correct logo usage — for our own internal reference when briefing future work ### What we're providing you: - Existing logo files (attached) - A complete, detailed written Brand Communication Direction document (attached) covering hierarchy, color, typography, icon treatment, and layout logic — this removes almost all ambiguity about what we want; your job is skilled execution and design judgment within this direction, not starting from a blank page - Prompt feedback within 24 hours on drafts ### What we're looking for in your proposal: - 2–3 examples of past logo/brand identity work, ideally including any multi-brand or "brand family" systems you've designed - A brief note on your understanding of the brief (this tells us you've actually read the attached direction document, not just the summary above) - Your realistic timeline ### A note on budget: We're an early-stage organization being deliberate with spend. The suggested budget reflects that the strategic thinking and creative direction are already done — we're paying for design execution and polish, not brand strategy from scratch. We're open to discussing budget for an exceptional portfolio fit. --- ## ATTACHMENTS TO UPLOAD WITH THIS POSTING 1. Current logo/header reference image (the 4 existing logos side by side) 2. The full "S4E Brand Communication Direction" document 3. (Optional) The existing letterhead file, for additional context ---
