I’m looking for a designer who can give my 3-bedroom apartment a cohesive modern look without pushing the budget over the edge. Here’s what I need you to plan and visualise: • False ceilings in every room except the kitchen and both bathrooms • RCC shelves with matching doors for all built-in cupboards • A clean-lined TV unit that matches the overall palette • An efficient, ergonomic kitchen layout and elevation • Precise placement drawings for electrical and basic plumbing points so the space works effortlessly day to day Design direction – Overall style: unmistakably Modern, balanced with neutral wall tones so finishes stay timeless and easy to refresh later. – Master bedroom: I want it to feel cozy and comfortable, so layer warm textures or soft lighting ideas while keeping the modern language intact. – Child bedroom: a simpler, mid-level treatment that still ties into the main scheme. – Guest bedroom: we can keep this minimal and cost-conscious. Deliverables 1. Concept boards showing materials, colour swatches, lighting ideas and furniture silhouettes. 2. Scaled floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and service layouts marking every switch, socket, and plumbing point. 3. 3D views or renders of the living area, kitchen and master bedroom to help me visualise finishes. 4. A concise BOQ with budget-saving recommendations on finishes and fixtures. I’m open to suggestions on tools.
