I’m in the early planning stage of a small, cost-conscious hotel and need a clean, build-ready floor plan that concentrates solely on the guest rooms. The building will be either a single-story layout or a compact two-story arrangement, so circulation and vertical access must stay simple and economical. The scope is limited to the room block: walls, doors, windows, ensuite bathrooms, housekeeping closets, corridors, and the code-required exits or stair/lift core if a second level is used. No restaurant, gym, or conference areas are part of this brief—just an efficient, comfortable room layout that makes the most of the available footprint. Optimal use of natural light, logical grouping of service risers, and straightforward structural spans will all help keep construction costs low, so please reflect that in the design. Deliverables • Scaled floor plan in PDF plus the editable CAD/Revit file • Room schedule summarising quantity, area, and basic furnishings per room type • One revision round to refine the layout after initial review I will forward site dimensions, local code notes, and any brand standards the moment we begin.
