I have two parallel needs. First, my current website requires a tidy-up—fresh visuals, cleaner navigation and a few functional tweaks so visitors can find information quickly on desktop and mobile. Second, I’m starting a brand-new site from scratch and want it launched with the same modern look and feel. Here’s how I picture the workflow: • Review the live site, note what stays and what should be redesigned, then implement the agreed changes directly in the CMS. • Plan and build the new site (structure, pages and styling) so both properties share a consistent brand identity. • Hand over fully responsive, search-friendly pages with the basic on-page SEO in place and an intuitive back-end so I can manage routine updates myself. Code can be in WordPress or another mainstream builder if you have a stronger recommendation; what matters is speed, security and ease of maintenance. I’ll provide copy, images and hosting credentials—just guide me on optimal formats and sizes. Once both sites are live, I’ll test each page against the key user journeys we define together; payment releases will follow those milestones.
