I am setting up a single-story orphanage that will serve infants, toddlers, and school-age children, and I need experienced partners who can take the project from bare land to a fully functioning home. The assignment has two intertwined parts. First is the physical build: a safe, child-friendly one-level structure with dormitories, a nursery area, study space, kitchen, dining hall, small clinic corner, and an outdoor play yard. I already have the plot, so what I require are full architectural plans, material specifications, a realistic construction schedule, and on-site supervision through to hand-over. Energy-efficient design, good ventilation, and low-maintenance finishes are priorities because I want running costs to stay manageable. The second part is staffing the home with caretakers capable of handling nutrition and daily meal preparation, basic education and tutoring, as well as general supervision and nurturing. Because of the mixed age groups, I expect a balanced team: caregivers with infant experience, early-childhood educators, and at least one person who can coordinate after-school study for the older kids. Successful applicants should outline how they would recruit or assign that team, including any certifications in childcare, first aid, or early education.
