I’m looking for a developer who can plan, design and code a fully custom informational / corporate website from the ground up. The site’s single, non-negotiable goal is to communicate who we are and what we do—clearly, credibly and attractively—so every design and technical decision should support that outcome. The first milestone is a polished landing page. It must open with a concise introduction to our services, then flow directly into a well-structured “Services Overview” section and a dynamic “Current Projects” showcase. Those two blocks are the heart of the page; layout, typography and responsive behaviour should make them impossible to miss. Beyond that, I’ll rely on your expertise for: • Clean, maintainable code (HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, vanilla JS or a lightweight framework—open to suggestions). • Performance-minded build (fast load times, lazy-loaded images, minified assets). • Mobile-first responsiveness and cross-browser consistency. • Basic on-page SEO best practices baked in. If this first release goes smoothly, I have a queue of future enhancements and additional pages, so I’d like to establish a long-term working relationship.
