I want to start this project from a blank slate and turn it into a fully functioning web application. The goal is to have a brand-new software solution crafted specifically for my needs rather than retro-fitting an existing system. Because it is a web app, I’m expecting a responsive, browser-based product that scales smoothly from desktop to mobile screens and is easy to maintain and extend. At this stage I have high-level requirements and a solid concept, but I need an experienced developer or small team that can guide the whole lifecycle—planning, UI/UX, back-end, front-end, testing, and deployment. We will flesh out detailed feature sets (user authentication, payment handling, analytics, etc.) together during discovery, so you should be comfortable advising on best practices and suggesting the right tech stack. Deliverables • Technical discovery and written specification • Wireframes or clickable prototype for approval • Full source code with clear documentation • Deployed production build (cloud-hosted) • Post-launch warranty period for bug fixes I value clean, well-commented code and transparent communication.
