I need an experienced automation engineer to design and deploy several interconnected AI-driven workflows for my clients. The immediate focus is on four areas: • conversational AI chat or calling agents, • appointment-booking flows, • general workflow automation, and • deeper AI integrations that enrich each step. Within those we specifically have to streamline task assignment and tracking so that project hand-offs happen automatically and every stakeholder gets the right notification at the right moment. Preferred stack I am already invested in n8n and Make.com, while parts of the legacy setup run on Zapier and Google Workspace automation. You should be comfortable weaving these together with REST webhooks, the WhatsApp Business API, and the OpenAI suite. Scope of work 1. Map my requirements into a clear automation architecture. 2. Build and test the flows, integrating any third-party APIs we approve. 3. Deploy them to production and verify performance. 4. Hand over concise documentation so my in-house team can maintain or extend the solution.
