I need a single team or solo developer who can take my concept from wireframes to a polished release on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Cross-platform know-how—whether you prefer React Native, Flutter, or another robust framework—is what matters most to me, as long as the final experience feels native on each device. Time is critical. I’m ready to move immediately and expect an aggressive, clearly defined timeline that gets us to a testable build in the shortest possible time frame. When you respond, include a detailed project proposal that breaks down: • the approach you’ll use to share code across iOS and Android while keeping platform-specific polish • key milestones with realistic dates for design, development, testing, and launch • any backend or third-party services you plan to integrate Acceptance criteria: 1. A fully functional iOS and Android app that passes store submission guidelines. 2. Source code, build instructions, and brief technical documentation. 3.
