I need a developer who can design and implement a custom AI agent that sits at the centre of my day-to-day operations. Its core mission is to free me from repetitive digital chores so I can stay focused on higher-value work. What the agent must do • Email management – read, classify, draft and send replies in Gmail while keeping my inbox organised. • Scheduling meetings – coordinate my Google Calendar automatically, suggest time slots and send confirmations. • Project monitoring – watch active projects, surface status updates to me and nudge team members when deadlines slip. • Research & data gathering – run background searches, summarise findings and store references for later. • Mailing-list management – maintain segmented lists, prepare campaigns and track engagement. • Client acquisition support – qualify inbound leads, draft outreach messages and record interactions. Key integrations Google Workspace is non-negotiable; the agent must connect cleanly with Gmail, Calendar and Drive APIs. Beyond that, I’m open to whichever AI frameworks, LLMs or agent frameworks you prefer, as long as they let us plug in additional specialist tools later. Deliverables 1. A functioning AI agent with all above automations wired to my Google account. 2. A simple dashboard or chat interface where I can review actions before they are executed. 3. Source code, environment files and step-by-step deployment instructions so I can host or extend the system myself. 4. Short Loom-style video walkthrough plus written documentation. Acceptance criteria • All six task areas demonstrably handled end-to-end. • No unsupervised emails or calendar edits until I approve them in the interface. • Code passes a quick readme-driven install on a fresh machine. If you have direct experience building AI agents and automating Google Workspace, tell me about a similar project and the tech stack you used—then outline how long you’d need to deliver an MVP. He needs to run my marketing strategy and also create marketing material and post on tiktok and youtube. Also take notes in all my meetings and remember them and support me live when im in other meetings
