I’m building a modern real-estate website that brings property seekers, owners, and agents onto a single, easy-to-use platform. The core of the site will revolve around rich property listings that users can browse through intuitive search filters, while agents showcase their expertise through dedicated profile pages. Both buyers and sellers must be able to create secure accounts, manage their dashboards, and interact with agents directly from the site. A clean, mobile-first design, fast page loads, and SEO-ready markup are all essential so new listings get found quickly. I’m open to the stack you feel most comfortable with—WordPress + Elementor, Laravel, React, or another proven solution—as long as content is simple for non-technical staff to update. Deliverables • Fully responsive website with home, listing, detail, and agent pages • Advanced search & filter system tied to the listings database • User registration, login, and role-based dashboards for buyers and sellers • Agent profile module with photo, bio, and active listings • Admin area for effortless CRUD on listings, users, and agents • Basic on-page SEO setup and performance optimization Acceptance criteria: every primary page scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse mobile, the search returns relevant results in under a second, and the admin panel lets me publish a new listing—including photos—within five minutes without touching code.
