We are building a technology company that currently operates in the cleaning industry. Our vision is to build an operating system for service businesses—a platform that connects customers with service providers while automating operations through software. Cleaning is simply our first vertical. We already have an existing platform with a CRM, customer portal, partner portal, operations dashboard and billing system. We’re now looking for an experienced software architect / backend engineer to design and build the next major part of the platform: our Operations Engine. This includes: * Intelligent job distribution * Partner management * Partner scoring * Capacity planning * Geographic optimization * Quality management * Incident handling * Monthly quality reports * Partner settlements * Operational analytics This is not a simple booking system. We want to build the operational brain of the platform, where decisions are made about which partner should receive each job, how quality affects future work, how partners are managed over time, and how operations can eventually become AI-assisted. We’re looking for someone who enjoys designing scalable backend systems and long-term architecture rather than simply implementing features. The first step is to review our existing architecture and then work with us to design and build this Operations Engine as a modular, scalable system. This is intended to become a long-term collaboration.
