The scope centres on load-bearing analysis, member sizing, and code-compliant detailing that I can hand straight to my architect and local authorities. What I will supply: preliminary architectural plans, site soil report, and occupancy requirements. What I expect back: • Professional calculations (PDF + editable file) covering gravity, wind, and seismic loads • Well-layered CAD drawings showing foundations, framing, reinforcement, and connection details • A concise design brief summarising assumptions, codes followed, and any construction notes Please work in the software you are most comfortable with—STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar—so long as the native files are delivered alongside PDFs.
