I have a long playlist—500 songs—and I need every lyric copied from Genius.com (fallbacks are AZLyrics or MetroLyrics only when Genius is missing). Each song must end up as its own plain-text Notepad file. Here’s what the cleaned text should look like inside every .txt: • All bracketed section headers such as [Verse 1], [Verse 2], [Chorus], [Outro] are deleted entirely. • Keep only [Instrumental, [Adlib] or [Guitar Solo] if they appear. • Strip out any ad snippets, pop-up copy, or unrelated footer text that sneaks in during the copy-paste. No extra line breaks or visible formatting codes—just the raw, readable lyrics. Deliverables 1. One .txt file per song, named “TITLE - Artist.txt”. 2. Create folders per song category. List of songs to be provided will be grouped by category. Categories are: a. FEMALE SLOW b. FEMALE FAST c. MALE SLOW d. MALE FAST. e. DUET SLOW f. DUET FAST 3. A quick log (spreadsheet or text) listing every song you processed and which source you used if the song wasn't sourced from Genius.com. Songs sourced from Genius.com doesn't need to be listed. I’ll supply the master list of songs upon acceptance, grouped by category as listed above. Consistency and speed matter more to me than fancy formatting—Notepad-ready files with clean lyrics are the goal. About 30% are Filipino songs, so this is ideal for someone who comes from Philippines and understands a bit about music, particularly the structures of a song. See attached sample pictures of the song 'The Final Countdown' by Europe sourced from Genius.com. 'Raw' file is the unprocessed file after copying, and 'Final' file is the finished product. The items that need to be removed are marked with magenta rectangles.
