I’m ready to place an order for a full run of branded merchandise and need a production partner who can handle everything from mock-ups to final delivery. Scope • Garments: 200 total pieces split between T-Shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and polos, all Gildan (or equivalent Gildan-fit) blanks. • Headwear: matching baseball caps. • Color: single-color burgundy / maroon, HEX #7b1c2b, across every item for a consistent look. • Sizes: S, M, L, XL (please advise usual size distribution if you have a best-practice template; I can confirm). • Branding: my finished logo will be supplied as a high-resolution vector; apply it in white or another high-contrast treatment you recommend, via screen-printing for garments and embroidery for caps. Deliverables 1. Digital mock-ups for each garment style and the cap, showing placement and scale of the logo. 2. Pre-production sample photo for approval. 3. Final production of the full quantity, individually folded and boxed. 4. Tracking details once shipped. Acceptance criteria • Exact color match to #7b1c2b on all fabric. • Crisp, durable print/embroidery with no bleeding or misalignment. • All sizes and counts match the agreed breakdown.
