Position Overview We're seeking a Business Analyst to serve as the critical link between our business goals and our technical solutions. You will define, document, and manage requirements for new product features and operational processes, ensuring that what we build delivers maximum business value and clinical efficiency. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across clinical, product, and sales teams regarding new services. Translate high-level business needs (e.g., quick intake, rapid provider matching ) into detailed functional specifications and user stories for engineering teams. Model current and future state processes for low-cost virtual visits and bundled family coverage options. Perform gap analysis between existing system capabilities and desired business outcomes to enhance personalized care plans. Work with the Data Analyst team to define key business metrics and success criteria for all new services. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare, FinTech, or SaaS industry. Strong proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques and documentation tools. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage competing priorities from different departments. Understanding of the cash-pay and group-friendly models is a strong advantage.
