We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive / Sales Closer who specializes in acquiring and managing US-based clients for our SEO and Website Development services. If you have a proven track record in international B2B sales, exceptional closing skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! Role Overview • Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) • Target Market: United States (US) • Shift Timings: US Shift (Evening / Night) • Job Location: Bulandshahr/ Work from home / Remote (Hybrid options available) • Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + High Recurring Commission (Earn a percentage on every active monthly retainer!) Key Responsibilities • Lead Conversion: Take over high-intent, warm leads generated through our specialized internal email marketing campaigns. • Client Pitching: Conduct discovery calls, present website/SEO audits, and pitch tailored solutions to US business owners via Zoom/Google Meet. • Deal Closing: Handle client objections professionally, negotiate pricing, and close monthly recurring contracts. • Relationship Management: Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain communication with clients during the initial transition. Candidate Requirements • Communication: Flawless verbal and written English with an understanding of US cultural/business nuances. • Experience: Prior experience in International Sales, Digital Agency Sales, IT Subcontracting, or Outbound BPO Sales. • Skills: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing capability. Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset. • Flexibility: Comfortable working dedicatedly in US time zones.
