About Divine Rhythmz Divine Rhythmz is a fast-growing live entertainment company specializing in premium Bollywood musical concerts, celebrity performances, corporate entertainment, fundraising events, themed musical productions, and music education through the Divine Rhythmz Exclusive Academy of Music (DREAM). We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected and self-motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand our presence across the corporate, entertainment, education and sponsorship ecosystem. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will play a key role in driving the business growth of Divine Rhythmz by: Corporate Show Bookings Identify and approach corporates for Annual Day events, Employee Engagement Programs, Family Days, Festive Celebrations, Dealer Meets, Conferences, Awards Nights and Entertainment Events. Generate new business opportunities with HR, Administration, Marketing and CSR departments. Schedule meetings and presentations with potential corporate clients. Sponsorship Acquisition Identify and approach companies, brands and businesses for sponsorship opportunities. Source Title Sponsors, Associate Sponsors, Co-Sponsors and Event Partners for Divine Rhythmz concerts and music events. Build long-term relationships with marketing agencies, branding agencies and corporate decision-makers. Coordinate sponsor presentations, proposals and follow-ups with the Founder. Event & Entertainment Partnerships Build relationships with event management companies, wedding planners, hotels, clubs, luxury housing societies and entertainment agencies. Explore opportunities for live performances, curated musical evenings and collaborative events. Academy Growth Develop tie-ups with schools, colleges, educational institutions, corporates, clubs and housing societies for music workshops, singing competitions, talent development programs and admissions into the Divine Rhythmz Exclusive Academy of Music (DREAM). Lead Generation & Relationship Management Identify potential clients and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails and meetings. Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals and conversions using Excel or CRM. Represent Divine Rhythmz professionally and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Who Should Apply? Performance Expectations The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder to achieve measurable business growth by: Generating qualified corporate leads. Securing meetings with decision-makers. Sourcing sponsorship opportunities. Building strategic partnerships. Expanding the academy's reach through institutional tie-ups. Contributing to increased show bookings and revenue. Compensation This is a performance-based opportunity with an attractive commission structure. Commission will be paid on successful: Corporate Show Bookings Sponsorships Secured Academy Tie-ups Workshops & Institutional Collaborations Strategic Partnerships There is no upper limit to your earnings. The more business you generate, the more you earn. Compensation Structure: Fixed Retainer: 10,000/month Attractive performance-based incentives on: Corporate show bookings Sponsorships secured Academy tie-ups Workshops and institutional collaborations There is no upper limit on incentives.
