I am looking for an experienced freelance Business Development Partner to help grow my international toxicologic pathology and preclinical consulting business. I am a board-certified toxicologist and pathologist with more than 20 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies worldwide. My consultancy specializes in preclinical pathology, toxicology, digital pathology, and regulatory consulting. Your role * Meet with me once a week to discuss business development strategy. * Identify and approach potential pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and medical device clients. * Develop outreach campaigns and strategic partnerships. * Maintain and follow up a qualified pipeline of prospects. * Help negotiate consulting opportunities. * Build long-term client relationships. Ideal profile * Experience in business development within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or life sciences industry. * Understanding of preclinical drug development, toxicology, pathology, or related scientific services. * Excellent communication and networking skills. * Professional, diplomatic, and reliable. * Highly organized and consistent. * Comfortable working independently. * Strong negotiation skills. * Fluent English (additional languages are an asset). * Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools is a plus. * Medical background is an asset Compensation This is a freelance, performance-oriented collaboration. Compensation will include a percentage of the revenue generated from projects that originate through your business development efforts, with the possibility of additional fixed compensation as the collaboration grows. This position is fully remote, and candidates from any country are welcome.
