This is a Freelance / Contract-Based opportunity with long-term collaboration potential. Responsibilities Hunt high-quality projects on freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer.com, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.) Analyze project requirements and identify suitable opportunities. Prepare and submit winning proposals. Communicate professionally with clients. Coordinate with developers, designers, and freelancers after project confirmation. Track project progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely project delivery. Requirements Experience with freelance marketplaces. Excellent English communication. Proposal writing skills. Client handling & negotiation skills. Basic understanding of Web, Mobile App & Software Development. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
