Project Title: Design & Layout of a 50-Page Annual Impact Report (Digital PDF) Category: Graphic Design / Report & Publication Design Budget: ₹20,000 (Fixed Price) Timeline: 2 weeks About Us We are a fintech group headquartered in Mumbai with operations across India, active in the lending and credit space. Our group includes an NBFC subsidiary, and we work with lending partners, co-lending arrangements, and digital credit products. This report will showcase our operational, social, and financial impact to investors, partners, and regulators. Project Overview We need an experienced designer to take our written content and data (text, charts, tables, photos) and turn it into a polished, professional 50-page Impact Report. The report will be used for external stakeholders — investors, partners, and the public — so it needs a clean, credible, corporate look and feel suited to a regulated financial services company. Digital PDF only — no print production needed. Scope of Work Design a cohesive visual template (cover, section dividers, body pages, back cover) — approx. 50 pages total Layout of provided text, data tables, infographics, and images into the template Design/redesign 8–12 data visualizations (charts, graphs, infographics) — e.g. loan disbursal trends, portfolio growth, borrower/partner reach, credit metrics — from raw data or rough sketches we provide Consistent typography, color palette, and iconography aligned with our brand guidelines (to be shared) Unlimited revisions until final sign-off Final delivery as a single web-optimized, digital-ready PDF (RGB, compressed, screen/tablet friendly) Editable source files (InDesign/Illustrator or Figma — please specify your working tool) Deliverables Final 50-page report — digital PDF Editable native design files All custom icons/graphics as separate assets (SVG/PNG) Requirements Proven experience designing annual reports, ESG/impact reports, or corporate/financial services publications (please share 2–3 samples in your portfolio) Prior experience with fintech, NBFC, BFSI, or financial sector reports is a strong plus Strong data visualization / infographic skills, especially for financial and lending metrics Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Figma Ability to work within a brand guideline document Comfortable with confidentiality/NDA given financial and investor-sensitive data Available to start immediately and commit to the 2-week timeline Timeline & Milestones Day 1–2: Kickoff call, brand assets shared, template concepts (2–3 options) Day 3–4: Template finalized Day 5–10: Full layout of all 50 pages Day 11–13: Client review + iterative revisions Day 14: Final delivery (digital PDF + editable files) How to Apply Please include: Portfolio link(s) with relevant report/publication design samples (BFSI/fintech experience preferred) Design tool - Preferably Figma or your choice of tool Confirmation you can meet the 2-week timeline
