I have a set of business proposals that must read as flawlessly as they look. I’m looking for an experienced proofreader-editor who can comb through each page, correcting grammar, spelling, and punctuation while sharpening overall clarity and tone. These documents will be presented to potential clients, so every sentence needs to convey professionalism and confidence. There’s no mandated style guide—feel free to rely on the conventions you know best—but the final copy has to be consistent throughout. I’d like to see tracked changes so I can review what you’ve adjusted and a clean, ready-to-send version for each proposal. If you spot awkward phrasing or notice ways to tighten the message, please revise proactively; simple surface fixes alone won’t be enough.
